At ATAB, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to ensure your needs are met. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how our process works and how we can assist you. Products must be returned within 15 days of the initial purchase date and must not have been opened and include all original packaging and accessories.to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of $5 will be applied to all returns.

Refunds are processed after the returned item(s) have been thoroughly inspected to confirm they are in their original condition and show no signs of wear or use. This process ensures fairness to all our customers. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after your return has been verified and approved. Please allow an additional 20 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original method of payment used.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. While damaging during shipping is rare, it's important for us to address and rectify any issues promptly. Please provide time/date stamped photographs/videos of the damage, so we can initiate an investigation with the postal service. We will thoroughly investigate each case to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
